There Is No Tool For Development More Effective Than The Empowerment Of Women:

Woman’s empowerment can be conceptualized as increasing women’s self-esteem, ability to create rational decision, and right to effect revolutionary change for themselves and others.

 

Woman’s empowerment has five components:

 

woman’s sense of self-worth, their right to have and to determine choices, their right to have access to opportunities and resources, their right to have power to control their own lives, both within and outside the home, and their ability to influence the direction of social.

Empowering woman is a big responsibility, but it’s also vital for gender equality. Furthermore society benefits when women are treated with respect and are not treated at second- class citizens. Women used to be limited in their houses and were not allowed to leave the house for empowerment before, but now things have drastically changed.

However empowerment of women now can be categorized into five main parts, SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, ECONOMIC, POLITICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL.

Empowering woman is essential to the health and social development of families and countries. When women are living safe, fulfilled and productive lives, they can reach their full potential. Contributing their skills to the workforce and can rise happier and healthier children.

It should be understood that a single mother rising her child is a woman-empowerment . A women supporting her family is and woman empowerment. A daily batch woman earning for the living for her family is an woman empowerment.

Women are the primary caretaker of children and elders in every country of the word. International studies demonstrate that when the economy and political organisation of a society change, women take the lead in helping the family adjust to new realities and challenges.

Conclusion:

Women empowerment refers to the creation of an environment for personal benefits as well as for society. Women also should be given equal rights like men to empowers them. They need to be strong, aware and alert every time for their growth and development. Empowerment refers to a process whereby women, marginalized on the basis of gender, class, caste, ethnicity or age.
